At NAMED COLLECTIVE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your limited-run pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing at our warehouse.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
